Week 3 weigh in

Not so good this week - only lost 0.6lbs :sigh: but I must remember that:

a/ I have therefore lost 16.2lbs in 3 weeks!
b/ I was on a sports holiday, which meant that I ate 3 times (albeit zero carb meals) but more importantly
c/ I was active for 4-6 hours a DAY - by my calculations I was burning an ADDITIONAL 2000 calories a day with all my activities, which means that science says I MUST have lost lots of fat - but also perhaps built some good old heavy muscle :rolleyes:

So, a little disappointed initially, but I'm going to get the tape measure out later as I definitely feel slimmer.
