Another newbie and SW convert!

Hello all!

Excellent forum from what I've seen so far, and not at all cliquey like some!

Decided to try Slimming World after numerous attempts to lose weight, Atkins, Weight Watchers, Lipotrim (urrrgh) even starving myself, all worked for a time but left me feeling rubbish.

I have my first SW group meeting next week, I am of course terrified but thought I'd join up here to get some inspiration/help beforehand & with any luck, find people local to me doing the same thing.
