Hi all,

Well, I'm not really new. I did LT a while ago, and then went on a total of 5 weeks of holiday in 2 months time, and gained about half of my weight back.
I started doing LT last week, but I was so fed up of the shakes.
When I heard about Exante, I decided to give it a try, because it was much cheaper and it has bars, and I love something I can actually eat!
And apparently the soups are really nice, and on LT the soups are minging. So I only ever had the shakes.

On LT, I'm always on the verge of hungry.
But this morning, I had half an Exante bar, and man those things are SO filling!
I think I'll save the other half for lunch, or maybe tonight for a "snack" ;-)

Let's see how it goes.
I started last Saturday on LT, so I'll see how much I lost tomorrow.

I don't have that much to lose, so I always seem to lose it a lot slower than most people.
But that's ok. If I like the "food" and I feel full, then I can do it for a long time if I have to.
So far, I'm loving Exante!

Had the banana shake earlier. I thought it was delish!
And I felt sooooo stuffed afterwards! I still feel stuffed now actually.
I guess that's a good sign
 
Welcome aboard. The bars are a great size arent they, I always split mine. Feels like so much more eating in them that way lol
 
Just had the mushroom soup. Loved that!
Luckily, I love pretty much all food (which is also the problem) so I rarely find something really minging.
But halfway through, I actually struggled eating it.
Lol, what is it with this diet? All the foods are so filling!
With LT I felt full, but only just about. With this, I sometimes actually struggle eating!

I think I might half the soup next time as well. Does anyone else do that?

Yes it's lovely especially with ground chilli and garlic flakes!
 
Just weighed in: 7lbs lost!
I'm happy with that.
I know it's not as much as most people lose, but I didn't expect to lose that much as I don't have that much to lose to begin with.
It's like my body doesn't want to let go :p
 
WI this morning. Didn't lose anything, didn't gain anything.
Considering I cheated most of this week and it's my TOTM, I'm surprised I didn't gain weight!
Upwards and onwards next week!

YES WE CAN!!!
