That sounds like nothing compared to when I go off. Mine usually consists off macdonalds and various other fast foods in the same day! Forget what happened and just treat today as a new day. Otherwise it will eat away at you!

thanks girls your the best.. had a bowl of porridge with a banana in it.. something proper with some points to keep me going. im only 1.5lbs from getting back to my target weight! ahhhh will i ever get there!?!

ONLY A POUND
Hello, do you know me?
If you don’t you should.
I’m a pound of fat, and I’m the happiest pound of fat that you would ever want to meet.
Want to know why?
It’s because no one ever wants to lose me.
I’m only one pound, just a pound.
Everyone wants to lose three pounds, five pounds or fifteen pounds.
but never only one, so I just stick around and happily keep you fat.
Then I add to myself ever so slyly, that you never seem to notice it,
that is until I’ve grown to ten, twenty or even more pounds in weight.
Yes it’s fun being only one pound of fat, left to do as I please.
So when you weigh in, keep right on saying “oh, I only lost one pound” ( as if it was such a terrible thing!)
For you see, if you do this you’ll encourage others to keep me around because they will think I’m not worth losing.
And I love being around you, around your arms, your legs, your chin, your hips and every part of you.
Happy days!!! After all, I’m only one pound of fat!!!”

i love this

a 1lb is an amazing loss hun and on ww many people only lose between 1lb-2lbs a week.. it's what is normal tbh for ww goers! :)

you should be well happy! :) especially as from looking at your list of 'binge' i wouldn't actually class it as one! you didn't really have any proper meals that day and only HALF a steak bake and HALF a sausage roll, yes you may of gone over points, but it could have been A LOT worse! especially if you had of eaten the FULL items, but nope you did good only HALF :D congrats! i wouldn't see it as much of a blow myself hun xxx

banana 1.5, sweets about 3-4, steak slice half about 5, sausage roll erm about 3-4? for half of it think it's 7 for normal one :), dunno about coleslaw about 2-3?, muffin prob about 7isssh, biscuit 2?, wafers 1.5?, hobnob 1.5, chocolate 3 (be on safe side prob not that), pitta baout 3-4?? issh hmm so around 33.5?? and that's just guess work, and top level point levels... probably not even that tbh hun! :) when i did the wendie plan last week you have to up your high level day by 10 points, so i had 31 points in one day! ... then had lower days to make up for it, and this week i lost 1lb! so it's not as bad as you think xx

We all have our off days don't beat yourself up too much. When I need to motivate myself into losing weight for a holiday I try on my holiday clothes (especially the bikini) that normally gives me a shock :D

p.s. yummymummy75 that's a great post - have you seen the picture of a pound of fat on lady luck?

ya i went and put it in the middle of that story today and printed it and it's posted to my fridge now!!!

I wish I was brave enough to do that - everytime I look at it I feel a bit ill  I might just end up eating out to avoid seeing it :D
