Hi

Newbie here... It's my forth day today, and you guys have helped me through every hunger panged moment!!

so today i have joined So I can thank you. But also share my stories, And maybe help people at the same time.

Day one was hard, but I only had two shakes as I started at lunch time, it was still the only food I had. Hungry is not the word, but I had emptied the fridge, and spent the whole afternoon in the cinema... To keep my mind busy... Seemed to work

Day two was worst for hunger
Day three was a little better
and by day four, it is getting better....

My dilema is, shall I weigh in tomorrow or Saturday and have a short first week or try to stick to Monday... I just didn't want to have one shake left if you know what i mean

Hi and welcome Amanda.

I know it was only day 1 but you really should have all 3 shakes a day, your body really does need all the nutrients in them. Get this first week out of the way and things get much easier. Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day and stay busy. Up to you which day you weigh in this week but once you decide try and stick to that day cos then you will get an accurate weekly weigh in result.

Good luck and stay positive, you can do this, we all can!
