Hi all. After rejoining SW for third time, I would like to lose somewhere in the region of 4st. I have lost 10lb so far but the past two weeks I have STS. Was very disappointed and handed in a food diary to C to check. Been on EE since June but might try R&G this week to see if it makes a difference.
I got to the meeting in Orangefield Church Hall, Greenock every Wednesday.
FOOD DIARY: THURS 19/08/2010 - GREEN DAY
B - 250ml s/s milk (HA), 28g porridge (HB), Banana, Coffee
S - Rhubarb Mullerlight, HiFi Bar (HB)
L - Lentil Soup (Red Lentils, 2x Ham stock, 2x Veg stock, Leeks, Chopped Carrot, Grated carrot, Salt & Pepper)
S - Vanilla Mullerlight with Dark Chocolate pieces
D - Baked potato, beans, 28g Cheddar Cheese (HA)
S - Mini Milk Ice lolly(1.5)
Total Syns - 1.5
