good luck Becky, i also went to chemist today and am starting tomorrow, its quite scary looking at the bag of packets thinking thats it for the week bu am determined to stick to it!

lol weight loss buddys we are well my husband thinks i cant do it but i am going to prove him wrong! what days are your weigh ins are they thursdays? i need to lose just over 4 stone so am determined to this intime for christmas! x

Yay! Well whenever you are down or feeling like you cant do it speak to me lol or anyone on hear, i joined on here on Monday and everyone is so supportive and friendly and there have been some great losses! My weigh in day is Thursday, so i get my next packs for the following week! Your very similar to me then, i need and want to lose 4 stone. My hubbytobe knows im doing it, its me that thinks i cant do it but he's going to make sure I do which is good! You defo are going to prove him wrong and your gunna look really good as well!!

welcome girls ive just completed day 5 the first few days are hard but just be strong and get through it and it will be aloteasier after that.

just be positive and really try and get through the first few days just try and make yourself busy
