After a 1st week which I though would never end, I FINALLY got to have my weigh in today and the result was more than worth the wait.

I've lost 10lbs in my first week back on LT so rather chuffed.

Woohoo 1 step closer to getting into my swimming costume and wedding dress.

Brilliant stuff. Why don't you just save money, time and effort and just wear a white swimming costume for your Wedding ?

Hehe, thanks everyone. I'll definitely keep going now. I was having a couple of days where I felt morbid but this has really boosted me.
