Whats the lowest weight/bmi you can be to start cambridge??

If you get to this whilst under a CDC can you continue?

Ive tried searching the forum but cant find the answer?! thanks x

I'd imagine you'd have to start moving up the plans once you get to a BMI of 25, but I don't really know for sure to be honest.

With the lowest healthy BMI being 20 (18 if you look at certain recommendations) the difference in weight for my height between a BMI of 20 and 25 is a whopping 31lbs. So if someone was going for a BMI of 20, maybe they can stay on the plan for longer.

Sorry I can't answer your questions, but hopefully someone can confirm it for you.

Have you looked into which counselor in your area you might like to use? You could contact them and see if they'd take you on and for how long?

thankyou :) so if my bmi drops below that would CDC have to stop supplying me with shakes...?

I'm aiming for a BMI of 20 and my consultant is aware of this. She didn't say anything about moving up plans or stopping the diet.

You can't ss once your bmi is under 25, you'd need to start moving up through the plans!
