Hiya all, only me coming in to share my news.
Not sure really how much i weighed. I remember being 14 stone 12 at last weigh in at the doctors but by the wii i was 14.6.
well i went on holiday,kinda gave up a few days before i went as well lol. According to the wii when i got back it said 14st.12lbs.
Went to the doctors today,with my poorly daughter and couldn't resisted stepping on the scales, 14 stones dead.I got off and then jumped back on and then even got my daughter to double check. I am so chuffed.
I knew i had lost some as i am now wearing a size 16 jeans ,how unreal is that!!!
I am so happy ,its mad. I have never ever achieved this much weigh lost and i so wanna loose a bit more but not too much.
On a down note i am still 6 stone over weight.
Positive note, nah not me i'm just a shortie lol
