I'm probably repeating what people have said already, and people are probably going to start getting sick of my posts lol! Not even started Lipotrim yet, will be on Friday! I was just wondering if anyone is around my weight who has started lipotrim and how successful it has been for them? I know its going to be hard and frustrating but I have seen some comments where some of you havent lost as much as you thought? I know its different for everyone but just wondering! Trying to get all the motivation to stick it out as well as seen as its costly too! :)

well i started on saturday and im 184lb! its now thurs and i weighed myself yesterday and i'd already lost a half a stone! Honestly i was never a huge dieter! im not massive but i am over what i should be! i tend to go between 12 and 13 stone normally but i should be 9 stone. so as soon as i heard about lipotrim i was on board and i have to say im loving it! today is day 5 and i was over the worst of it by day 3! i feel great my skin and hair and eyes look fantastic from all the water (which fills you so well) im a chef so i work with food everyday and im not even tempted to go near anything! seriously get on this diet its amazing the first few days are tough but once you see the pounds falling off its spurs you on!! you can do it!!

Thanks Vanilly, you seem to be just about what I am, my weight for the last few years has been between 12 and 13.7 (being my biggest ever) defo want to stick to this! Please keep me updated as if someones around the same as me and is losing like I am (which I hope to be by this time next week) then it will push me to continue!

When was the worst day?! x

well if im telling the truth none of them were that bad! the first few days you get this feeling like your being punished because you have no food but i just kept thinking about my lovely size 10 bikini i'll be wearing! you get over it! i didn't really get bad side effects i've got a slight neck ache today but nothing major except absolutely awful breath i have brushed and brushed and brushed my teeth but the taste wont go away!!! just remember water water water!!

how much are you looking to loose??

Ive done the research, im worried about the hair loss, bad breath and there was something else but I cant think of what it was right now lol!

Well right now I am about 13st 5lbs and I want to be 9st 5lbs but to be honest if i can get down to 10 stone I will be more than happy

Ive just got to really stick at it! There has been some post about Pharmaicits not allowing you to do it if your BMI is under 30, mines boderline I think! x

mine was 29.7 but he wrote it down as thirty! if i were you id go on it and see how it goes! you are not gonna go bald! dont worry it'll be the best decision you ever make! i cant imagine myself thin but im not going to stop until i am!
do you mind me asking your age? im 25

Haha bald! Flipping hope not, ive got fine hair now and it just malts all day! Im 26, I go to see pharmacist tomorrow so hopefully will get the okay to start Friday morning, been told better to start on a Friday to get the first few bad days out the way, keep busy at weekend and then hopefully work can keep me occupied! Are the shakes easy to make? Im thinking of time in the morning before work and how i make them at work?

hi
you just mix the powder with cold water, it takes about 5 mins just give it a good shake.
i am just going into week 4 on friday and i swear its the best thing iv ever done i have a lot more weight to lose but already its amazing. good luck to you both x x x

Okay thanks! I cant wait to be able to be at week 4!!! x

i've just finished my first weigh-in. I was 12stone 9 last week and i'm 11stone 12 this week! It's amazing! I need to be about 10 stone so at this rate it'll only be a couple more weeks and i'll be there! i am soooo impressed with this diet! A couple of great tips i've learned this week - mix your shakes with 220ml of water instead of 24ml and add a hanful of ice to make a smoothie. Blend it for a few seconds with a hand blender and it's actually really quite nice! Not as good as steak n chips - but it's ok!! Also, the coffee shakes or vanila shakes, ass a pich of coffee (mixed with a tiny bit of cold water to disolve it) tastes a bit like aero shakes!

Good luck with your diet - hope all goes well and you're in that bikini soon! :)

J xx

Brilliant, well done! Im hoping im posting like you all are now by this time next week! :D

okay so i tried blending shake with ice but i had to force it down!
i had the mousse its not filling enough! my favourite is just the cold shake 300ml of water and one sweetner vanilla or chocolate though chocolate is the best! not mad about the soup and im not brave enough to try the flapjacks

i wouldnt even go there with the flapjacki opened it had one tiny bit and put it straight back. not nice

The flapjacks are plain evil. Very handy for out and about if you can stomach them but they get harder to eat the longer your on the diet cause they taste so bad. Try some of the recipes posted on here if you find the shakes hard going 3 times a day. Personal favourites are the chocolate muffin, strawberry ice cream and then just making a hot dough from the vanilla. I miss my LT sometimes! Not allowed back till November but may not need to anyway.

how do you make the muffin?? what diet are you using now?

Well I just refed so I haven't started anything else yet going back to weight watchers on Wednesday for the last bit due a weigh in on Wednesday also.
The muffin is just make a paste with the powder and some sweetener and a couple of spoons of boiling water (add, mix, add more) and then a minute in the microwave. There not like heaven or anything but they're not bad for when you get tired of drinking the shakes. I'll post the rest of the recipes on here for you

Chocolate/Vanilla/strawberry Flavours
Muffin
1.Put a little BOILING WATER into a ramekin dish, or whatever you have - thick mug or similar (about 2 desert spoons to begin with - you can add more later if necessary)

2. Add the choc pack (or whatever flavour you desire) and mix it to a THICK PASTE so thick you think it’s too thick!

3. Put into the microwave on high for just over a minute - if it looks a bit soggy in the middle put it back for about 10 seconds or so.....

BE CAREFUL IT DOES'NT BURN!!!!
Ice Cream
Put 11 ice cubes in a liquidiser (a strong one) and crush the ice. Add a food pack (chocolate is a good one!) - add a small amount of water (about 2 tbsp) and liquidise for 5 mins. You end up with a big bowl of "ice cream"

Smoothie
Place 10-16 ice cubes (depending on your preference), a pint of water, and your food pack in a Smoothie Maker and blend for approx. 3 mins. Makes about 2 pints of delicious cold frothy whatever flavour you like.

Bar of Chocolate!
You can make chocolate out of a chocolate pack! Mix pack with a bit of water till you have a thick paste, then spread on some tin foil and put in the freezer for an hour or more. It really tastes quite like chocolate!

Variation : Use half chocolate and half vanilla for a Mars bar!
Chocolate Biscuit
Put sparkling water into a chocolate pack and then add a pinch of salt. Put this on a small plate, round it into a biscuit shape and bake it in the microwave for 2.30 minutes. The result is a crunchy chocolatey biscuit with a “dunking” texture.

Chocolate Fudge
1 packet of chocolate
1/4 cup of hot water
2 or more sweeteners
1tsp of coffee (if you like)

Mix well - it should look like a thick chocolate soup. Microwave it for 2 minutes. It comes out as a thick gooey mess, which tastes like fudge!

Caffe Latte
Mix a hot vanilla shake add a teaspoon of coffee and some sweeteners
“Chocolate Pudding & Chocolate Sauce”
Microwave most of the choc pack like a cookie but keep some aside and mix into a thick paste whilst the muffin is cooking. Take muffin out and smear with thick choc goo and eat, it really does taste nice and cools the muffin down. I suppose this can be done with vanilla 'icing' too.

Chocolate Custard
Dissolve a sweetener in approx 70 mls hot water. Add a chocolate pack. Microwave for approx 40 secs. Makes a lovely hot chocolate custard.

Hot ChocoMint
Make up some strong peppermint tea. Mix a chocolate pack with hot water and a couple of sweeteners (depending on your taste) add the tea. Microwave for approx. 20 secs and stir (better if you whisk with an aerolatte) – Divine!

Soups
Chicken Stuffing
Mix as you would do for a chocolate muffin but use a packet of chicken soup instead. Cook in microwave for 1.40 secs or more or less depending on how dry you like it.

Poppadom’s
Mix a soup pack into a smooth paste, spread on a plate or greaseproof paper and microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 mins.when it starts to bubble open up and let it settle for a sec. keep opening and letting it settle until (the poppadom) starts to turn golden (don't take your eyes off it)!!! - when it is golden brown take it out and let it cool, then peel it off and enjoy
Be careful of overcooking, as this will make them taste slightly bitter.

Crisps
Mix a soup pack, black pepper, salt and Tabasco to paste using sparkling water. Spoon tiny bite size pieces onto some baking parchment/greaseproof paper. Put in the microwave for approx 1 min depending on the power of your microwave – mine is 900 watts and I put them in for 1 min. If you wish you can shake some salt over them when they are finished.

do salt and pepper not affect the diet?? thanks for the tips

No you can add salt and pepper to the soup as far as we're aware. The poppadoms are good but hard to get right
