Chinese diet tea

has started again!!
Has anyone tried Wulong tea? Did it help speed things up if so?

I am just curious, as we can have leaf tea, and wondered if it would boost things along?

Thanks.

I haven't tried it personally, but I hear of people having various degrees of success with oolong.

A little hard to know exactly why. I think that often when people try these types of things, they immediately become more aware of what they eating and maybe, just maybe that accounts for some of their weightloss.

You need to take the tea before and after a 'meal' (if not both...do the before). No dairy foods for 2 hours after (but that wouldn't apply to a LLer;)) Check that the ll packs don't contain dairy. I don't know what's in them. Skimmed milk is fine if there's any in the packs, but dairy with fats will stop the tea working as it should

A lot of people report that they feel good on it and it has no bad side effects, so I can't see any harm in trying. It takes 2 weeks to 2 months to show any change in weight BTW.

How odd to find a post about this, as only yesterday I ordered a box of Wulong Tea from Teaworld.co.uk. It said delivery witin 3-5 days, so as soon as I get them and start using them I will let you know if it speeds up my weight loss. :)

Thank you! Just had a peep at the website. Might have a go myself!!
