Do I still need to do this if I'm on SS+

I'm hoping I'll be at a point where I'm working up through the plans (albeit only just!) by 12 weeks though..

Hiya,

you can do ss+ for 12 weeks, but if you wish to continue it longer you will have to do a week of 810 before dropping back to ss+
