Hi all, i have started xenical today, never had it before but have tried slimming world and other various diets but still 19st. so hoping it will keep me on track.

Im starting today too. Also had the the other diet experiences and nothing has seemed to work. Lets hope this will get us where we need to be

Welcome to the Xenical Forum and good luck with your weight loss.
It does work but you need to stick with it (I found out for myself!).
