Tesco Pineapple Rings in Natural Juice..

Does anyone know if these are free???

I can't find them on syns online. As I'm on a green the syns calculator sayd I have to treat all canned fruit as a "no free food allowance" which has come out at 5.5 syns?

There's not option for "fruit" when checking for a free food. I really want them with a mullerlight so if anyone could shed any light it would be appreciated.

Sorry they are syned, all tinned fruit is either hexb or syned. Bit of a pain, but that's how it is

Thanks Michelle! I wasn't sure if it was just the ones in syrup that were sinned, oh well, toffee mullerlight on it is then. I can think of better things to use my syns on x
