with nando's Piri Piri sauce!

sooooo yummy (the meduim one) v happy to see it it tescos as i had seriusly been conisdering putting a bottle from the restraunt in my bag hehe :p

i put the stuff on everything lol

cant believe its only half a syn for a tablespoon

and its quite runny so it goes a long way:D

I've never tried it - what does it taste like pray tell and is it suitable for veggies?
 
well taste wise its quite sharp and very spicy im addicted :eek: i just boiled some rice then put it in my wok with some king prawns and a tablespoon of sauce and it was laverly :D

i would definately recomend it :D i think its suitable for veggies too the ingredients are:
Water
White Vinegar
Onions
Salt
Garlic
Lemons
Sunflower Oil
Serrano Chillies & African Birds Eye Chillies
Cayenne Pepper
Stabilisers E415 & E405

Per Serving (5g)
Calories: 3.8 Calories
Protein: less than 1g
Carbohydrate: 0.3g
Sugars: 0.3g
Fat: 0.3g
Sodium: 0.11g

and half a Syn on all plans

it costs about £2 a bottle in Tescos

Many thanks for posting the ingredients - it looks really spicy - so just up my street! Whereabouts in tesco would I find it?
 
you can get a hotter one if your very brave :p
(i have the medium which is more than enough for me :))

in my tescos its near the ketchup and stuff

following my nandos fried rice i had carrot dipped in nandos sauce mixed with light mayo too lol told you im addicted!

(made a very good dip tho if u like ur spices :D)

How about the more fruity ones? Do they sell them in Tesco?
Can imagine the mango one they used to do would be nice in rice or couscous.
 
i havent seen any fruity ones but they sound nice!!

cant find them in syns online so not sure how SW friendly they would be either
