Tesco Half Fat Cheese Triangles - syns or hexA?

HI, can you help me please, i bought the above this week as they were cheaper than laughing cow, they have less cals etc that the light laughing cow but more than the extra light. Can i have some as a healthy extra or should i syn them?

I include the nutritional info - can someone do a search for me please. Many thanks in advance. x
