Tesco Breaded Haddock

Hi can someone advise?

if i'm on a green day and chose a portion of Tesco Breaded Haddock, which is listed as 11 syns on the SW website, can i use by HEb choice for the haddock and therefore not count all the syns? and if so, how many syns can i reduce it by?

any advice would be great

A B choice is normally around 6 syns. So I'd reduce it by that.
