...once a week?

I do.

That's what I love about calorie counting. You can have whatever you want, but you just need to ensure that you stick within a certain calorie limit. I never feel as if I'm restricting myself. Although, if I do go out for a meal, or order a take-away, I make sure I've burnt off the excess calories, and that I eat very little calories before I binge on the bad stuff. ;)

Everyone's different, but I could probably get away with the weekly take-away without exercising on that same day, because I exercise a large amount during the week, and I would have to eat a lot of calories just to maintain my weight anyways. This was most definitely not the case this time last year, because I wasn't as half as active as I am today. It's weird how your body can completely change in a short space of time (by that, I mean the way it works and burns off food, etc).

So, I usually order something rather fattening, but I don't go TOO over the top (god, I wish I could :p). I absolutely hate getting "healthy" options, because they're rarely satisfying, and people around me always have a go at me anyways for being an idiot.

For example, if I ordered an Indian I would get a chicken jalfrezi, boiled rice and a garlic naan, or if I went to Nando's I would get a chicken burger, garlic bread, corn on the cob and mango cheesecake. Both of those meals would come to around 1,500 calories (perhaps less, but it's safer to over estimate).

Now I'm interested in what you people usually order at which take-away joint or restaurant. :D
