for those that/have exercised

Hi
i exercise 6 days a week,either spinning,swimming or gym and my losses have been consistent the whole time,it certainly helps me.xx
 
There really good weight losses donnac76 im starting the gym this week so hope it speeds my weight loss up cos really want to lose it before me holiday x
 
In my very first week of LP I did a 6 mile walk, played 2 hours of badminton and did 40 minutes in the gym - and I lost 12Ib for that week ... Im yet to see if exercise yields the same results for week 2 .. I hope so.

Be mindful to not overdo it - esp in first 2 weeks, I started exercising a couple of weeks before I started TFR and I was lucky enough not to have had any physical side effects of doing the diet - mine was all just physchologic , I know some others have had side effects like low energy and headaches etc - so just take it easy - dont try and do everything at once. Listen to your body, it knows best.
