raspberry leaf tea anyone take it?

big bear

A bear on a mission!
A few questions:

At how many weeks do you take it?

Does it actually help labour/make it shorter?

Its safe to take from 32 weeks and it doesn't bring on labour, it does something to the uterus to enable it to use the contractions more effectively, what it does is help to make the uterus more efficient and therefore the labour (esp the pushing part) quicker.
I have always used it and have always had quick deliveries once fully dilated, check it out here

Yes I'm taking it, only for the last 10 days or so. I have been taking between 3-4 400mg capsules a day.

Worth a try I think! x
