Have had 2 days eating, now I'm back on with the intention of staying on.
Got weighed this morning and I've put 5lbs on. I'm not going to dwell on it though, just gonna fight on and get it off.
Not gonna get weighed now till 26th August to see if I can have a good loss and keeping away from the scales will do me the world of good.
