Hi
I'm Scarlett a 33yr old nail tech, single with no kids and 1 stone to lose!

I work out 3 times a weeks but eat too much. I suffer with Chronic Sinusitus which can be very painful and I tend to comfort eat when I have it. It also means I'm meant to eat dairy free.

Trying to use the last weeks of summer to get rid some fat so that I can fit into my clothes again and get rid of my double chin!!

Hope being here will be good inspiration.
