Why oh why did I decide to get on the scales this morning!? After reading lots of threads on this site about not getting on the scales until WI day, what did I do this morning... yep get on the scales! Not happy coz they are saying that I have stayed the same, I don't weigh in until Monday so hope they change. I have been so good as well..
