Low syn crisp suggestion please

Not a big crisp eater but hubby love his crips and i joining me on SW (if i plan it all or him !!!!) So want to get the house stocked with things he likes.

So any low syn suggestions please

The lowest synned crisps are ones made from maize rather than potato's. So skips and quavers are often around the 5 syn mark. I can't remember the syns exactly though. With crisps you can use the 20cal=1 syn rule. My favourites are from Aldi called Satin Crunch and I think are 4syns for the cheese ones and 4.5 for the sweet chilli. You've got me salivating at the thought of them now!

I stumbled across some delicious low syn crisps in Tescos one day, they were just hanging on the isle. There Made by King and called Velvet Crunch, there sweet potato crisps in salt and vinegar. They taste just like normal crisps and are only 4 syns a pack
They do multipacks on Thai chilli ( they are VERY spicy- be warned lol) and a cheese and onion.
I can only get the Salt and vinegar ones separatley and Tescos move them around all the time!! think i burn off the 4syns looking for them. :rotfl:

Golden wonder lights are only 4 1/2 syns per bag and really cheap for a variety bag.
