Final push to hit target

I am only 2.5lb away from my target weight and go away for a long weekend next weekend so this week I am being extra good in the hope that I can hit target on monday.

I maintained on monday despite being reasonably good last week but this week I am synning everything that passes my lips, i usually have a treat night after weigh in on a monday but after my consulant spoke to another member about how treat nights should be counted in the following weeks syns decided against it and synned my evening meal and have counted it in this weeks syns.

I have had fish twice so far this week and will probably have it another 1 or 2 times as other posters have mentioned fish gives good losses. I only usually have fish once every couple of weeks.

I do tend to have a couple of weeks where I have smaller losses or maintains followed by a bigger loss of around 4lb so am hoping that this week will be a bigger loss week.

Wish me luck for a 2.5 loss on monday.:)

Good luck! Have a fabulous week xxxx

Wow! 2.5lbs off target - that's amazing! Keeping fingers crossed that you'll get a good result on monday, and well done you! XXX

Thanks everyone for the good luck wishes - will let you all know how i get on. x

Good luck!

I've found that the weeks I have had better losses have been the weeks that I've religiously used and counted my syns. I think I eat less at mealtimes when I plan my treats for in between, if you know what I mean? I have always had a big appetite and trying to be 'good' and hardly have any syns doesn't seem to work for me as I over-compensate at mealtimes.

My losses seem to go in a pattern a bit like yours - I have a couple of good weeks then I STS or even put on a half pound. It's so hard to feel motivated when that happens!

I've love to get to target by the end of the month as I'm going to visit my parents and don't think my mum's all that clued up on food optimising  but if I don't then I'll just set myself another goal knowing that it'll happen soon enough.

Best of luck for Monday, hope it's good news for you.
