AAM!!!

well I have just started AAM today!
so..... I have had cottage cheese, salad and pickled cabbage!! yum.
the thing I wanted to ask was, how much difference would it make if i had 4 spoons of cabbage instead of two? or if I had an extra dollop of cottage cheese?


not that i am not grateful for what I have had!!!!
 
glad you're enjoying the food.

take it from an old timer. don't mess with what works. it's a slippery slope from one extra spoon of ....... to two extra to an extra meal to one won't hurt etc etc etc stick to it and it'll do you well

Stick to the diet guidelines, they are there for a reason!! Its so tempting to put more on your plate, but please dont, you have done so well to get to week 5, dont fall down now x

How many spoonfuls of cottage cheese can you have? And are you allowed cottage cheese with pineapple? I love that I hope you can :)

I start AAM next friday before Round 2 of SS, cant wait!

has to be plain cottage cheese, id only ever eaten it before with chives in but as id not eaten in 4 weeks i thought it was delicious, so now im lovin' it :D
 
Lol thats it I think I personally could eat everything I've disliked all my life... certainly puts things into prospective including how I've over indulged before. Beauty of CD as my CDC would say! Cottage cheese is good stuff :)
 
thanks everyone - I think I kind of knew the answer!!

my CDC said that she used cottage cheese with pineapple as she didn't like plain. I prefer the plain though xxx

I start my first AAM tomorrow I AM SO BLOODY EXITED! Can't wait to taste chicken and cottage cheese again.

Are we allowed to have Iceburg Lettuce? Its my fave...I really do hope so :(
