Hi All!

Just wanted to know how we're all doing with our water consumption today?

Im 1ltr down, about to make a nice cold pint of NAS squash right now!

How about you?

Im almost a litre down, gona go and fill my bottle up again wit nas squash xx

Not the best water drinker even with squash added. I drank 2 pints at breakfast and another at lunch, will aim for another pint or two before bed. If I fill a pint glass I will make myself finish it.

I've drunk about 1.5 litres so far today so far. I feel like I'm drowing in fruit tea at the moment! :8855: I'll have probably another litre before I go to bed xx

I have my Lord of the Rings 'pint' tankard next to me! (I am so freakin' cool!)

About to refill... will make it over a litre, which is way more than usual... xxx

ooohh Im a guzzle guts ...
Im half way down my 3rd 1.5lt bottle of sparkling which is pretty standard for me -and if Im same as usual then there will be a 4th one gone by bed time
oohh and Ruby -I LOVE lord of the rings too!!!

ohhh i dont work in litres im an old fashioned kinda gal i try and aim for 6 pints a day buts its usually just over, how much is that in litres? xx

You've reminded me to start drinking again. I've been camping this week and didn't want the trek to the loo in the night so I've hardly drunk anything. Naughty me.

I'm home now and have a 2 litre bottle just here I'll try and get through before bed.

It probably works out as about 3.5 litres a day if you fill your glass to the top. Otherwise it's probably about 3 litres xx

A pint is about 1/2 a ltr, so good going girlie!

We're all doing so fab!!!

yikes!! i didnt realise it was that much! no wonder ive been spending so much time on the loo im using pint glasses my ex boyfriend nicked from a pub rolleyes:!) and im making sure i fill it up to the pint line hehe! xx
