Ive just worke out the points for the Tomato Sauce I use and now im confused.

100g of the Branston Tomato sauce is 2 an a half points.
I dont even use 50g, I use 1 tablespoons worth. How do I point this? x

Erm it says in the book 2tbsp 30g = 0.5 point so i'd just use that

haha might as well! it's the same for BBQ and Brown sauce too!

oooo great to know this! im quite addicted to having bbq sauce at the moment, especially with mushrooms..
