So I started yesterday, all is going well, I am starving but that just goes to show how much I was eating before I started. has anyone have any advice to squash the hunger pains?

Water and lots of it!!

Half the time we're not actually hungry, we're thirsty. The hormones realised when hungry are the same as when thirsty

Good luck in your journey :) x

I agree with Kirsty. I've been drinking alot of water at my desk in work. I've been aiming at my 8 a day but only getting to about 6.. keeps me full though! and then I dont go buying anything from the neding machine...

i started yesterday too and havent been too hungry yet thank goodness, im not a big water drinker but will have to try drinking more

Definitely agree with kirsty, also sugar free jelly :) 0 points! and if your hungry or got a sweet tooth just have a bit! :) i usually have a muller light with mine, but only use half of it, then save the other half for next day or later on in the day etc! :) yumyum

I love ther weight watchers jelly! I was addicted at one point.. though i had a disaster when i tried to bring it into work one day and had decided to add a bit of yoghurt to it.. it exploded all over my bag!

This is my first week aswell (actually today is my first day). Not too bad hunger wise. I am drinking plenty of water and snacking on fruit.

thanks!

Thanks so much for all the responses, trying on the waterfront just soo chilly today. Thankfully having soup for lunch and a large glass of water :D

Water and then some. Maybe buy some of those jellies at your next meeting. Think that they are 0.5pts per pack. Fruit is another great filler upper. Should be taking my own advice I reckon. Great at doling it out but not taking it onboard as I sit here at home munching on "fat free" marshmallows. But they ain't free in points (he he). God the sooner the better my energy levels come back and I can exercise. Next week is a new start for me on the exercise front.
Good Luck with your first week.
