Has anyone else finished LL and gone on to Atkins?

Me again!!
I'm so impatient!

Has anyone finished LL and continued with Atkins for weightloss?

How have you got on?

I'm worried about introducing citric acid again...as this affects weightloss on LL.

So worried and confused and getting paranoid about putting on weight...argghhh.

TIA for any replies.

LOL, Hi again. Yes we've had a few do that and some come over from Cambridge. There are a lot away on holiday at the moment love, so and answer may be slow in forthcoming.
