Please help me!!

I am new to this, having had a 3 year break. I have decided to rejoin and use the extra easy option, however i cant get a class until Thursday so worried I'm doing it wrong :(

No breakfast today as was waiting for shopping and had NO suitable food in.

So,

lunch: jacket potato with beans, tomatoes and fried mushrooms.

Dinner: SW chips, egg and pepper bake (was yum, in Aug mag)

Others:

2 x Alpen, which I'm guessing would be free as I could have used for breakfast HEB
1 x Mullerlight, but the cherry choc one, so 1 syn?
2 mini baby bells (HEA)
4 seafood sticks free

I did have two cups of tea with small splashes of skimmed milk, how should I Syn??

Hello!

When you say "2 x Alpen" do you mean Alpen Bars???

You can count around 0.5 to 1 syn for the splashes of Milk (depends how big your splash is obviously!) ;)

Is is still ok to drink diet soda?

Today's plan is :

B: museli and mullerlight HEB
L: omelette with onion and bacon (SW recipie) free on EE
D: beef chilli with rice (SW recipe) free on EE

Alpen bars must be the Alpen light ones otherwise you need to syn them.

What are you having as snacks, as you really don't seem to be eating much.
