Can anyone help with the syn value for a homemade crepe. Id say 1 crepe = 1/3 cup plain flour, 1/3 cup milk, 1/3 egg & a pinch of salt. Also fried in a little olive oil. To make matters worse they taste good with icing suger on them. Can anyone think of any other sweet fillings that could be used?
