thought i'd keep a track on here aswell.. then if im making mistakes people can point them out..
B - Shreaded Wheat & 1/4 pint milk - 3
D - Homemade Quorn Chilli (packed with veg)- 2
T - My mums veg stew & 1 slice of bread&butter - 6.5
Snack - Banana - 1.5
=13 (yesterday i went over my 5 so its evened itself out)
 
so yesterday i stuck to the diet and went swimming... today im off to the gym and heres my food diary for today -
B - Shredded Wheat + 1/4 pt milk = 3
D - Homemade Quorn Chilli = 2
T - Roast Veg, tsp Sunflower Oil, Homemade Potato Wedges, Tesco Hickory Chicken Fillet, Wholemeal Pitta = 0,1,2.5,2,2 = 7.5
Snacks - Banana = 1.5
Total = 14 (im saving sum points for the wkend)
 
Thursday -
B - Weetabix & Milk = 2.5
D - Tin of Tuna & 1 slice of bread = 4
T - Rice (75g cooked), Chicken, LG Thai Red Curry - 1.5,2.5,3=7
Snack - Banana & Blue Ribbon = 3.5
Total = 17
 
well i kind of lost the plot over the weekend - started again on monday -
B - Weetabix & Milk = 3
D - Homemade Chilli = 2
T - Tesco Healthy Stir Fry Beef, Stirfry Veg, Roast Veg, Homemade Chips, Garlic Mayo = 7.5
S - Bread/Butter, Banana, = 3
Total = 15.5 (trying to use less points due to the weekend)

Tuesday -
B - Weetabix & Milk = 3
D - Homemade WW Minestrone Soup = 0
T - Mash Potatoes, Veg, Gravy, Quorn Burger = 5.5
S = Banana, Snack Bar, Bread/Butter, Jelly = 4.5
Total = 13
 
so far so good!!
Wednesday -
B - Weetabix & Milk = 3
D - Homemade Minestrone Soup & Slice of Brown Bread = 1.5
T = Gammon, Jacket Potatoe, Peas, Pinapple, 2 Onion Rings, Sauce, Bread & Butter = 12
S = Banana, Jelly = 1
Total = 17.5
 
Thursday -
Shreddies & Milk = 3
D - Homemade Minestrone Soup & Slice of Brown Bread = 1.5
T - 2xSausages, Mash, Yorkshire Puds, Veg, Gravy = 14.5
S - Jelly
Total = 19

Friday -
B - Weetabix & Milk = 3
D - Salad & Falafel, Salad Cream = 2
T - W/W Sweet Chilli Chicken Meal = 4.5
S - Jelly = 0
Vodka - 10
= 19.5
