Tapas is a hard one, I was going to recommend patatas bravas but it appears the potato is deep fried
I would suggest maybe a spanish omelette, roasted veggies, side salads and enquire about how the meat dishes are cooked. You can ask for a salad without dressing to cut back on the oil too.
I would eat Patatas anyway - I LIVED on them in Barcelona!
A lot of places do these little garlic chicken skewer things, you could ask how they cook that? xxx
OMG I love tapas. I think most of the things are cooked in oil. How about having paella instead of lots of little dishs. If your doing extra easy I would imagine the rice and meat would be free, just syns for oils etc used to cook? Otherwise, flexi syns and enjoy x
Our local tapas does a lovely vegetable paella - as you have to special order it anyway I ask them to make it with as little oil as possible, this seems to make them laugh a lot but it's yummy and very filling!
If not I would suggest chicken skewers or similar, nothing in a sauce!
last time i had tapas i went for the shell on prawns and chicken on skewers plella and a salad filled me up and was low in syns on extra easy it was the wine that was a problem
