Whats the difference...

Between doing Lipotrim

and doing a diet whereby you have 3 meals a day equalling less than 150 calories each (salads or some WW ready meals are around this) and having a multivitamin ...

Im just wondering is all .... Im struggling on this diet so just need answers about why just eating an actual very low calorie diet consisting of "real" food wouldn't work as well ...

I'm guessing it would be essential fatty acids and amino acids and trace elements and the like Woody - your body can't make them so you have to reliably provide them in your diet or you'll get sick quick!

Hi Woody
Think it's as above and the exact amount
of carbs plus protein to keep you in ketosis
so less likely to break diet also the addition of
chromium to each shake which helps regulate
blood sugar and is also a natural stimulant all of
which facilitates your body to burn fat effeciently and
at maximum rate
without lowering your basal metabolic rate
If you just do vlcd you'd loose for short period
only then body wld store fat for normal bodily
function hope this helps just my take on it !

hey hun i think the differences are ketosis, and hunger pangs, and cravings,
