I did it with very fine chopped courgette and carrot strips , and sliced mushrooms with a mix of soy sauce , chinese 5 spice powder , chilli , spring onion and ginger , and just cooked it in a parcel in the oven

I think i will cook it similar to this with veg i have in the fridge as it sounds yummy. I to got the bream from asda half price and froze it. I am defrosting it now as im going to have a red day and try and kick start my weight loss which has been stable for 4 weeks. I have only done EE days for the last year but a few green days have snuck in. I can only assume green days dont work for me. Any thoughts please.
