eating out

where is the best place to eat out for syn value???? i dont like curry tho, so any other ideas throw them over ... chinese is my fav

I think places like Nandos are usually ok, if you stay away from the chips! I've had meals from Wagamama (chicken chilli men with rice) and Zizzi (linguine with prawns) and been able to syn for them. I'm having Chinese this eve - take away though - and having chicken with cashew nuts and boiled rice. Have accounted 8.5 syns for the chicken according to the directory - can't wait!

i love italian food, you cant go far wrong syn-wise with any kind of pasta in a tomatey sauce! watch out for the pizza devil though xx
