Hi my name is Michelle. I live in London. I have just registered as a Lipotrim member at my local pharmacy. I am excited and have joined this forum with like minded souls wanting similar goals. I refuse to ponder on past diet which have failed. Wish me luck!

Welcome to the forum.. Good luck with Lipotrim.. I am only on day 3, so all 3 of us are relatively new x x

Day 5 here Michelle. Absolutely agree it does no good to look back - look forward to a lovely slim you!

Post plenty, it really does help when hunger hits!

Thanks guys for the positive comments and reassurances. I am currently preparing myself for day 1 tomorrow. Have done the grocery shopping for the family and hubby knows he is doing the cooking for now.

In a word, dire. Gets better though!

Day 1 was not too bad for me.. day 2 and i wanted to give up! lol

It really is true that these forums are a godsend.. I carried on and today has been pretty good... If you take each day as it comes it will soon fly by (so i have been told! lol)

It is reassuring to know that we are all in the same place, or have been, so someone can always be there to offer encouragement.

Good luck x x

I have felt ok and then really hungry at times over the last 2 days. I'm just hanging on for that no hunger phase everyone talks about.
Distraction really helps, I was at mum and tots group this morning and had black coffee but nothing else, its only since I came home that it has become dominant in my mind.

Hi and welcome Michebo. How's day 1 going then?

Drink plenty of water and keep busy and distracted, it really does help.

Get your first week out of the way and things really do get easier, like second nature believe it or not!

hi Michebo welcome, youve taken the first step the rest is behind you keep strong drink plenty of tea and water and its true destracting your self is a good way of forgetting time my house is now quite tidy all the draws and wardrobes starting on the garage this week ha ha

Day 1 was ok, but day 2 was torture!! ... I lapsed a little. I agree that keeping busy is helpful. My son has appointed himself my conscience. Well done on your progress.
