And ive lost 1lb:(
Really wanted to lose more this week as i upped my exercise, but i have been drinking less water so i'm going to drink more this week and hope for a better loss. But i suppose 1lb loss is better than a gain.
 
hi purplerain and congrats on a great weight loss!

My weight loss in the second and thirds weeks was slow but picked up after a few more weeks on the plan - you have to remember that your body is probably in shock from the change in eating habits and exercising. If you need some more motivation google 'what does 1lb of fat look like' and have a look at the images - I have printed some of them off and they are on my fridge - gives me loads of motivation! I know the temptation is to want to lose loads of weight quickly in the first few weeks but personally I would rather lose it slowly! Keep focused on your goals and I am sure you will continue to suceed on your journey!
