Do Apple Cider Tablets actually work!???

Hi, i need some advice again! I am considering trying the Apple Cider tablets, as I'm faced with a crisis of binge eating recently (so a couple pound gain!). Ive heard apple cider tablets are good but apart from what ive read on Google, etc, does any one have any first hand experiece with them working or not or side-effects.
