What points should I use?

Ok McCain Rustic Oven Chips:

100g frozen is 101 cals 0.2 sat fat
100g baked is 131 cals 0.3 sat fat

I measure 100g frozen then put them in the oven so should I calculate my points for the frozen values? Would they weight more after they are cooked?

Thats confusing!! 100g is 100g, why have they put that on the packet! As if you were going to eat them without cooking them!! I would go with the higher one just to be safe
if you cook them without adding anything, in the oven - as directed, i dont understand how the fat content would go up! xx

Guys, frozen chips have water on its contents, that's why 100g of frozen chips will be less than 100g after baking (water wil melt). If you weighted the chips prior to baking, use de frozen values, otherwise use the baked values.

Basically i depends ... if you were going to put a huge portion in... then once they are cooked weigh out 100gs then you would go by the higher cals... HOWEVER, if your weighing them by 100g frozen, then that's it... weigh 100gs frozen and that's your cals which you work out points from, DONT weigh them again once they have been cooked and try to work out the points that way, just take it from 100g frozen.. they put cooked down say in case your cooking a lot of chips for your whole family, then your obviously going to have more than 100g frozen, so once you cook them you work out 100g cooked and then use those cals ... like above person has said, frozen weighs more than cooked, so when the chips are cooked it's going to be less than 100gs which is was frozen. enjoy the chips :)
