I make 2 different ones.
1. Mushroom & onion. Slowly fry sliced onions & mushrooms in frylight til they caramilse, add a small amount of stock and some fat free plain yogurt. (syn free)
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of Heinz BBQ sauce in a small saucepan and add 5 tablespoons fat free yogurt (serves 2, 1 syn per serving).
