Hello! Started SW diet about 4 days ago and still getting to grips with what is free and what counts as syns (as not signed up so just guessing at the mo)
Red day yesterday. This is what I had (hope I'm on the right track...)
Brekkie
2 slices of wholemeal toast, one with scraping of butter and one with scraping of jam (I'm guessing 4 syns??)
Lunch
Tuna with salad, drizzle of fat-free dressing
Apple
Dinner
Lamb chops (took off fat) with vegetables (cauliflower, brocolli, green beans and carrots)
Gravy (3 syns??)
After dinner
Picked at selection of cheeses (full fat :cry with two crackers (not sure I want to know how many syns!!!)
Snacks
Two bags of Fridge Raiders Chicken Bites (I'm hoping these are free on red day as just chicken)
I know that lamb is prob not the best meat to have on the diet but I am visiting my family and they are doing the cooking (this is also why I am also not counting the copious amount of red wine I drank last night either!! - I know it's about 5 syns a glass usually)
Can anyone give me some guidance as I know this was possibly a bad food day but my main thought was to avoid the carbs. Thanks guys!
