toilet problems

Hi this happens on VLCD i had it for 13 days horrid but i now use movicol and go evert other day.!!

I got it from my G.P but you can buy it think its £12.00 thou but id say it's worth it, as the cramps and pains are horrible.!!

have u had senna? dulcolax relief from consitpation but none of these worked for me last time cuz i was so bunged up lol.!

give them a try as everyone is different!!
 
I love dulcolax lol! Give it a bash and see how you go!
 
Dulcolax works wonders for me, but don't take more than one if you've never had it before! I like to take mine at about 3 pm, then I'm all cleared out and comfy (sorry TMI) before bed. I also use fibreclear which makes going a bit easier, but its the dulcolax that works for me.

Gah, I took 2 at half 4 also expecting to be done before bed. Bloomin stuff has just woken me up at 4:30 am!
I second the taking 1 point!

I was given movicol after I had my first baby. I didn't think that worked very well!
On the plus side for it, it never used to give me tummy cramps like senna/dulcolax
 
Hi yes lisaberry no cramps or pains at all but did give me movement within 10 hours, but also softerened my poo too, so flushed it all out.
but now i prefer the powder drinks then senna tablets lol

I find the fiberclear works great for me. But then I have IBS so I have to be careful what I take. By the way my IBS is great now im on LT it seems to be helping it?
 
Well I may have been up at half 4 and my yum nay have felt like it was about to explode but I went from having only lost about 1.5 pounds to finding I'd lost 4.5 when I got on the scales!

Dulcolax is fine, my chemist recommended it to me after I had got to five senna tablets a night with no results! One tiny tablet works wonders for me, although I do use the fibreclear as well, and managed to go today without help for the first time in six weeks!
Lisaberry, sorry you were up all night, but good about the extra weight loss. Every cloud has a silver lining ...

Exactly!! Perhaps not the nicest way to lose weight but I'm not going to knock it!
Didn't take any yesterday so I've just taken another 2 now, hopefully they will kick in before bedtime!
 
hey guys ive not been again for over a week i think, i feel really horrid inside, like dirty lol as if i need to clean it out ew ew ew ive jsut taken some senna, hope it works
 
Whatever you do only take 1 dulcolax tablet!!! I've spent the day on the loo and had awful cramps. On the plus side though it definately works ;)

Movical is def the best.... personally Ive settled down now and once a morning (what a nice conversation! lol)
 
See, now I'm used to dulcolax 1 isn't enough.
I'm not even sure 2 is going to do the job properly though.

Still wish I could have my colon cleanse tablets as they were amazing (no bum like an aerosol can issues) but there is too many weird ingredients. Sigh!!
