I have been on and diets for as long as I can remember. Tried a lot of them, but can never stick to any. Thought I would give up on 'dieting' and just try and change my habits. If there is not so much pressure on myself to stick to a diet I might actually do better. I need to stop obsessing as much so I'm going to try and cut down my portions of the things we normally eat and move more. Simple!!
The meals I cook are usually quite healthy, I have a toddler so they have to be, but I'm a big snacker... and not of fruit!
Anyway, as from tomorrow I shall be recording what I eat & how I feel in here. I know part of my problem is eating when I'm bored once little one is in bed so will have to figure that one out!
