everyone regardless of weight/height/size etc can have between 5 and 15 syns a day.
you shouldnt have less than 5 and you can enjoy any amount you choose up to 15.
i have tended all the way along to have on average 10 a day-some days 7ish..other days 11 or 12 but around 70 for the week.
last week though i used a few more and had around 11 or 12 a day.
