Hello - back to start again

Hello cant believe it but Im going to start again tomorrow. Well LL lite. Did full LL last year and managed foundation no cheats & reached target. Did not carry through full maintenance and low & behold I have put back on 3.5 stone:cry:

Im so dissapointed and was embarressed to contact my councellor but she was great and agreed to let me do lite as I dont think I could handle full abstenance & also I lost alot of hair and could not face that again. Anyway feeling positive about lite went shopping today & am planned & organised - start with packs in the am

I loved & thrived on the support on this forum the last time & hope to get as much this time.
