Moving over

fed-up-and-fat

hoping for a good loss
Hi all,

My name is Charlie and I am moving over from Cambridge to WW asap.

I have lost 54lb on cambridge but really struggling with it now so have decided it is time for a change.

Not spent time on the WW forum, so looking forward to getting to know some of you.

Off to find a class in the next couple of days to get all the info and will do it from home until the summer holidays are over and then join a class properly once the kids are back at school (need a morning class and don't fancy taking my 4 year old with me!!!!!!!!)

Hoping to get some great meal ideas and support from here.

Charlie xx

Good luck on getting to the end of your weightloss journey and big well done on your great loss xx

Hey and welcome!!! you've done some amazing work so far!! Just keep it up :D

thanks everyone x

Hiya! I made the switch a few months ago and I love it. I haven't regained any Cambridge weight, but re-introduced carbs very slowly so I think that helps. I still eat minimum carbs to be honest - just became a habit I think. I don't eat bread or rice or pasta, but do eat root veg, potatoes, cous cous, cereals.

Good Luck with the plan and very well done on the weight loss so far.

Kate, I seem to remember your name from CD. I don't intend to introduce a lot of carbs either - actually quite enjoy not having them lol
