Did anyone watch this. OMG, it broke my heart:cry::cry::cry:
My school kids think I'm strict. They have no idea.
These little kids under so much pressure and treated so harshly.
The one that really got to me, (besides the little girl who was forced to do some kind incredible exercise and watching her tears and sweat pouring throughout it) was the little incredibly talented lad who loved food.
I think he was about 8 years old. He was constantly being berated for gaining weight. He went home and didn't tell his parents that he had to return on the 2nd jan, so missed a day of school to have dinner with his grandparents (I think).
He came back 2 kilos heavier. School went barmy.
Okay....but talking to the parents, the father told him he must continue at the school, and if he didn't report back what the teachers said, they (the parents) would disown him. They would cast him from the house and not want anything to do with him any more. Nothing like a bit of parental support eh.
He was an amazing gymnast, but looked so sad on performing.
